The website Owner Portal has been updated with the June financial statement and approved June Meeting notes. Parking at Middlebrook: A reminder that Guest parking is only for temporary Guests. Owners and residents are not permitted to use the Guest parking. If you have more vehicles than the two assigned spots, you must park on Middlebrook Road in areas where parking is permitted by the City. We have been and will continue to tow vehicles that are utilizing Guest spaces. Additionally, REC area parking is for those using the pool, tennis, or clubhouse areas only. Vehicles will be towed if parked outside of recreation hours. Office Hours: Note that the office will be closed on Monday due to the holiday. Tuesday through Friday hours will be 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
