Yesterday, you should have all received an email link to the website with a link to change your password for access.  We have been undergoing an upgrade to our website to ensure access of relevant information for all of our homeowners.  As part of the upgrade we needed to delete user information for previous owners and tenants.  The upload of our current owners as users did not go as smoothly as we had hoped and we apologize to those that received multiple requests to reset the password.  Going forward, the website access will be limited to owners or their designates.  

It is our hope that each of you will visit the website within the next few days and review the resources and information that is available to you.  Should anyone have challenges, please send an email to President@Middlebrookpines.com and we will assist.  Additionally, if you have suggestions for the website, you may send those to the same email address.

Coronavirus Correction

We recently sent out an email about use of the pool and the clubhouse.  The portion related to the use of the clubhouse had an error and should have said that “We are NOW accepting requests for use of the Clubhouse for private use.  Requests can be made via the website, or by calling or stopping by the Office during office hours.  We will be asking for what your activity will be and how many attendees you expect.  We currently will not permit use of the clubhouse for groups larger than 10 people.  All other rules related to Clubhouse use will apply.”
